Tower Power Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Tower Power, including the game, website, related services, and any account-based features made available by Andrew Popov.

By accessing or playing Tower Power, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game or related services.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information when account features require it and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Tower Power, including its name, game design, artwork, code, user interface, and related content, is owned by Andrew Popov or its respective licensors. The source code license is described on the License page. Third-party packages and art assets remain subject to their own licenses.

If you provide ideas, bug reports, or other feedback, you grant us permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
